I currently serve as a Top Level Sponsor and Trustee of the Walnut Creek Education Foundation (WCEF). 

WCEF provides an equitable distribution of funds to our Walnut Creek Schools.  

STRONG SCHOOLS = STRONG PROPERTY VALUES
Meaning every property owner has a great incentive for our schools to be strong.

These funds provide instruction in art, music, math & specialized math help, physical education, library resources, academic support for middle schoolers, and an on-campus Wellness Center devoted to Las Lomas Students.

On a local level I support Shelter Inc, Contra Costa Food Bank, Meals On Wheels, Sustainable Contra Costa, John Muir, the Children’s Hospitals, and Sierra Club.

Nationally, I support St. Jude, Cystic Fibrosis Foundation, American Veterans (AMVETS), Disabled American Veterans (DAV), Alzheimer’s Association, Environmental Defense Council(EDC), World Wildlife Fund (WWF), and Sierra Club.
