    My wife and I have worked with Jennifer twice. The first time she was the seller's agent when we bought a new house in Walnut Creek. We were so impressed with her staging and upgrades to the home that we asked her to sell our previous home. We did interview several other agents to sell our previous including our previous buyers agent. Jennifer proved to be the right choice. She helped us with design, staging and upgrades on our previous home to get it ready for sale. She had great insight on our local market in Walnut Creek and knew how to price the home appropriately. She was very available to answer questions and provide resources (handyman, window cleaners, inspectors, etc). Ultimately we were able to sell our previous home for more than we had hoped. For the sale, Jennifer spent extra time with ideas on how to improve our home ahead of putting it on the market. She spent time at Home Depot on her own, sending over suggestions on tile for the bathrooms and flooring for the rest of the house.
